Shipping and Returns

O. LOUELLA jewellery offers $10 FLAT RATE SHIPPING for all domestic orders within AustraliaExpress Post can be added at an extra charge. This offer excludes all international and wholesale account orders. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery of your parcel. This time is an estimation and we are not liable for any unforeseen delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

O. LOUELLA jewellery offers a flat fee of $18 for all New Zealand orders and $29 for all other International orders. 

FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100. Duties and taxes are occasionally incurred on package arrival and are charged in addition to international shipping costs. Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to. Contact your local customs office for more information.

Please be aware that all O. LOUELLA prices and payments are made in Australian Dollar currency.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

We want you to be happy with your O. LOUELLA jewellery.  A jewellery order is eligible for a return/ exchange in the event it is received unworn, in its original condition and packaging.

We offer return/ exchange within 30 days of the purchase having been received. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted. All return/ exchange shipping costs incurred for returning an O. LOUELLA item are at the customer's expense unless an item is deemed faulty.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage of items on return shipping.  We suggest items are sent back by registered post with tracking.

To request the authorisation for the return/ exchange of a jewellery item or to report an order that has been received damaged please follow the instructions below:

  1. Submit your request to hello@olouella.com.au citing your order number as proof of purchase and the reason for your return. In the event of damage, please also include photos. This must be done within 48 hours of receiving your order.  

  2. Once we have received your return in hand your refund will be processed and your original form of payment credited.

We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges if orders are sent back to us in poor condition.
